You’ll spend your vacation on the outskirts of Lindau, within its green belt, in the popular neighborhood of Oberreitnau, approximately 6 km from the vacation island of Lindau. There is direct access to the Lindau city bus. The area’s excellent amenities include a supermarket, a bakery, several restaurants, and an attractive outdoor pool.

This modern, non-smoking apartment offers high-quality amenities across approximately 70 square meters. These include, among other things, a new, bright kitchen with a dishwasher and a small dining area. The bedroom, equipped with a fly screen, provides access to the covered terrace.

In the bathroom—which includes a toilet—you’ll find a walk-in shower with a glass wall and a heated towel rack.

The light-filled living room with XXL sliding doors creates the perfect transition to the garden paradise and features a very spacious pergola with a sheltered glass roof on the sun terrace. Here you can relax and enjoy the idyllic garden atmosphere in absolute tranquility on the high-quality lounge seating set.

A large flat-screen TV on the wall; electric exterior blinds; dimmable lighting, modern recessed ceiling spotlights, and a strong Wi-Fi connection round out the amenities of this exceptional terrace apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available for use by appointment.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed.
Your bicycles can be stored safely in the shared apartment’s bike room. Please note that the bike room is accessible only via a staircase.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not equipped to accommodate additional guests such as children or infants, and dogs are also not permitted in this accommodation.
Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe provided, a late arrival is no problem. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Echt-Bodensee-Card, which grants you free travel on buses and trains, as well as many discounts on excursions.
