Free gated parking is available on the property, and there is also plenty of free parking in the street. Just a short walk from Burriana Beach and the seaside promenade, the villa is located in Nerja. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, the property is less than 15 minutes’ walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The villa consists of a bright living room with access to a large furnished terrace overlooking the pool, a well-equipped open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a microwave. There is a TV lounge with a double sofa bed, 3 double bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom features a Jacuzzi bath. The property can accommodate up to 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room. Baby equipment can be hired and is available for an extra fee. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 1 person. The property is spread over 3 levels.



The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a large pool, a garden, upper and lower terraces, garden furniture, sunbeds, a balcony off the main bedroom with table and chairs, and a small barbecue. Walking distance to the nearest restaurant is 5 minutes, and to the nearest supermarket is 3 minutes. Walking distance to the beach is less than 10 minutes downhill. Nerja Playa Burriana is nearby.



Towels and bed linen are included. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. The large swimming pool is open all year long, it is not heated and generally not catered for use in winter months.

Lovely villa with well sized pool. It is within easy walking distance of a Mercadona supermarket and Burriana beach - however both require walking up and down a steep hill.Villa has great position with lovely views but is very tired and needs a good refresh.Lots of outdoor furniture supplied including loungers and chairs. However the outdoor cushions were terrible, most of them old, ripped and dirty. The villa grounds are beautiful but need a tidy up and good clean.I believe the online description lists that the villa has parking. This is not the case. There is a garage but due to the steepness of the kerb, the garage is impossible to enter with a normal car. Our guide told us not to try as the previous renter had seriously damaged the bottom of their hire car.There is A/C inside the villa but this is only available for an additional cost and can only be used by putting 1 or 2 Euro coins into a meter.Inside the villa has all the necessary amenities including a wall safe. Bedrooms are decent sizes but there is only one indoor shower. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom which has a jacuzzi bath but only a handheld shower.The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery.The Wifi was good and we didn't have any issues with this at all. Host was very friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations.Overall the villa is a lovely place to stay with great potential but for the price we paid I had expected it to be in much better condition.

Pros: Was lucky to stay at this beautiful villa in both August and September. It has a great pool with lovely outside areas. Inside the rooms are spacious and modern. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Lynn went above and beyond to make our stay perfect .Nothing was too much trouble . Showed great understanding during the Covid Times. Will definitely be returning to this beautiful Villa.

We had a fabulous family holiday in this delightful villa.

Pros: There is lots of space indoors and a delightful outdoor terrace for al fresco meals. The location is very good. It is OK to walk to the beach or to Nerja town centre, but you need to be able to manage some pretty steep bits of road and steps. The nearby supermarket is big and modern (the villa has a shopping cart for use). Great kitchen. Good wi-fi. Also international satellite TV. Cons: The hills and steps that define Nerja stretched our oldest family member!

This is a lovely property, however it needs some work and refurbishment, the photos shown in the ad look to be from a very long time ago. Many of the outside lights dont work and the water system is just not fit for purpose. It is a gas geyser type set up which gives hot water ok but the pressure is desperate and we couldn't get hot water upstairs. The only workable shower downstairs had a leaking / broken shower head. We had no hot water initially when we arrived, it was eventually sorted, the switch needed new batteries, but the system isn't fit for purpose. There was also an awful drain smell in the toilet sink upstairs. There were 5 old patio lattice type pieces of furniture outside, 3 of them had large holes in them and couldn't be sat on, and despite a large number of sun beds, these were old and filthy and many of them broken. The cushions for the sunbeds were also filthy all we could do was but a number of towels over them to use. Check-in was also not great and we felt were being scammed for more money for an extra cleaner so we could check in early.

Fin fastighet med stort behov av underhåll

Otroligt charmigt boende, men bostadens standard motsvarade inte förväntningarna med hänsyn till priset. Trasiga utemöbler, utrustning för matlagning i mycket dålig standard, problem med vattnet avseende tryck och temperatur. Fastigheten upplevs sliten och är i behov av underhållsåtgärder för att kunna återfå den charm den förtjänar. Poolens vattennivå sjönk onaturligt snabbt, är i behov av åtgärd.

Pros: Allt som behövdes fanns i huset. Cons: Bevattningssystemet av de planteringar som var på innergården var knas och tömde ut så mycket vatten att det rann in i bottenvåningen vid ett tillfälle.
