Our home built in 1916 is a perfect mixture of old and new. The newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms bring the home into modern day with updated amenities while the character and some decors pay homage to its original 1916 river house roots. The outside of the home has new siding and paint along with a cute front porch with 2 rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon refreshments. When you walk into the front door, you will be greeted by the main staircase as well as a parlor off to the left of the staircase. The parlor is a great room to hang out in and chat with family and friends, play games or do puzzles, enjoy afternoon beverages or just to relax. The next room is the living room furnished with a comfy queen sleeper sofa as well as two reclining chairs to relax in while watching the smart TV. The living room opens right up into a brand new, open concept kitchen with all of the amenities and seating for 6. A great space to enjoy being with your family or anyone you may be traveling with. Washer and dryer located in the mud room just off the kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms and 2 brand new bathrooms.
