The spacious primary bedroom features a queen bed and a Vitsoe shelving for refined storage, while the second bedroom offers flexibility for a home office, including a Keiser indoor bike, and a queen-sized pullout couch. The bath is finished with stone floors and a deep soaking tub for a spa-like feel. A sculptural staircase leads to your private rooftop terrace with open sky views above the treetops of Fort Greene Park. The roof deck includes outdoor seating, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset unwinding, or relaxed evenings under the sky. Moments from multiple subway lines, BAM, cafés, and boutiques, this home offers seamless access to Brooklyn and Manhattan while maintaining a peaceful, residential atmosphere.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

The neighborhood blends historic brownstone charm with a vibrant cultural scene anchored by Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), plus beloved cafés, wine bars, and restaurants.



With multiple subway lines nearby, commuting to Downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan is seamless. Fort Greene delivers a refined, residential Brooklyn lifestyle with unmatched park access and cultural energy.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



The residence is located in a small five-unit building with close neighbor relationships. Please be mindful of noise in the hallways and help maintain a respectful environment for neighbors.



Guests are welcome to enjoy the rooftop during their stay. Please be sure to review the rooftop instructions before use, especially during rainy weather.



The bathroom features high-end design fixtures. Guests will be shown how to properly operate the shower diverter, and we kindly ask that fixtures be handled with care.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
