The new, comfortably furnished rooms, combined with the magnificent view of the mountains and the peaceful surroundings, offer an ideal starting point for enjoying a wide range of recreational, sports, and cultural activities. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the bus and train stops, where you can use your guest card to take advantage of “free” local transportation (bus or train) and numerous other offers. A grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.The adjacent Aschauerweiher Hiking Center (natural swimming area, hiking, cross-country skiing) will delight you with its fascinating viewpoints. In addition, the picturesque town of Berchtesgaden, the national park, Königssee, the Jennerbahn, Hintersee, Obersalzberg, the golf course, the Hochschwarzeck mountain railway, the Götschen ski and snowboard center, and Mozart’s city of Salzburg (20 km) are all quick and easy to reach. Logistically speaking, you’ll be staying in a very central yet absolutely quiet location. Just arrive and enjoy. A free parking space and an electric charging station for your car are located right next to the apartment.
The cozy 5-star ground-floor vacation apartment “Lederhose” is located in Bischofswiesen and impresses with its ideal location and a fantastic view of the mountains. The newly renovated, approximately 81 m² apartment with Wi-Fi features a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room (with a sleeper sofa), a bedroom (with a double bed), and a bathroom, offering plenty of space for two people. The outdoor area features a south-facing balcony and a north/west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the view and the alpine atmosphere all day long and soak up both the morning and afternoon sun to round off your eventful days in style. The apartment is not suitable for walkers or wheelchairs.
The centrally located vacation apartment is approximately 3 kilometers from Berchtesgaden and about 6 kilometers from Königssee; the nearby festival city of Salzburg is also easily accessible, located about 20 kilometers away.
We, Eva and Richard, are very close to nature and love the beautiful natural surroundings here in Bischofswiesen and the surrounding area. In our free time, we enjoy exploring these beautiful and peaceful places by bike, on skis, or on foot. We’re happy to share our tips and information about our excursions with our guests.
