In Schiffdorf-Spaden, right next to the port city of Bremerhaven, the newly built "Ökohaus-Spaden" (2021) is the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. The house is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with the option to accommodate an extra guest on the living room’s pull-out sofa. A crib and high chair can be provided.



The 58 m² holiday home features a living/dining room with a table for 4–6 people and a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, electric grill, and more. There’s one bedroom with a double bed and extra-large, cozy duvets, a children’s room with a bunk bed (1.80 m long), and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The living/dining area also offers a comfortable sofa bed.



A highlight is the large, private, fenced garden with two terraces: one covered with a table and six chairs, and a second in the garden with two loungers. Each terrace has its own sun umbrella. The house is Bed+Bike certified. A lockable storage room with a socket for e-bikes, cycling maps, and a repair kit are available.



Start your day with breakfast outdoors before exploring Bremerhaven’s harbors and maritime museums. A bus stop is just a short walk away. Free parking is available in the carport and driveway.



Pets are not allowed. The interior is step-free with wide doors, and the property is only rented to holiday guests. An EV charging station is available free of charge. The house is powered by solar energy. The garden is secured by a fence with a lockable gate, ensuring extra safety for children.
