The Space:

The home’s solid structure and thoughtful layout provide a quiet, grounding atmosphere, while large windows and the private balcony keep you connected to the vibrant mountain energy outside. From the mudroom, perfect for shedding gear, to the cozy living area, every inch is optimized for the mountain lifestyle.

Each bedroom is a blend of modern architectural design and mountain comfort, featuring the signature concrete walls of the Predock building paired with plush linens and thoughtful touches.

Bedroom 1 features a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Large windows look out toward the slopes, offering a quiet and restful sanctuary to recharge after a day on the mountain.

Bedroom 2 is designed with families and groups in mind, this room features two twin-over-full bunk beds (4 beds total). This setup provides flexible sleeping for up to 6 guests and includes a smart TV with an Xbox console, making it a favorite hangout for kids and teens.

Living Area: For additional guests, the living room includes a Queen memory foam sofa bed, allowing you to drift off to sleep by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.



Bathrooms

This condo features two full bathrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for your group to prepare for the slopes or wind down after a long hike. Standard luxury bath amenities are provided, including including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels.

The dining area offers a warm, inviting setting with a round wooden table surrounded by charming, rustic chairs, perfect for shared meals and conversation. Large windows fill the space with natural light and bring in peaceful, tree-lined views, creating a cozy yet airy atmosphere for morning coffee or evening dinners.



Just steps away, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for easy, at-home cooking. It features stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, electric range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, along with ample counter space for meal prep. The open pass-through design connects the kitchen to the living area, making it easy to stay engaged with family and friends while cooking.



Outdoor Space

Step outside and unwind on a private balcony surrounded by tranquil alpine greenery. Nestled among tall aspen and pine trees, the space offers a peaceful, forested setting, perfect for enjoying fresh mountain air and the soothing sounds of nature.

The partially enclosed concrete design adds a sense of privacy while still allowing glimpses of the surrounding landscape through the trees. Located right in the center of Taos Ski Valley, this home makes it easy to enjoy a true mountain village experience. The base area and ski lifts are just a short walk away, so you can move seamlessly between the slopes and your stay. Guest Access:

• Guests are welcome to enjoy full and private access to the entire condo.

• Check-in is simple and convenient with a smart lock. Access instructions and your unique entry code will be provided prior to arrival.

• One designated covered parking space is included; additional vehicles must use nearby resort parking.

• For ease of travel, AWD/4WD vehicles are recommended during winter months.

Located in a quiet corner of Taos Ski Valley, this home places you close to the heart of the action while maintaining a peaceful retreat-like atmosphere. The area is surrounded by natural beauty, from alpine trees to nearby mountain streams, creating a calming environment to recharge. The lifts, base area, and local restaurants are all within easy reach.

• Kachina Peak Lift - a convenient 5–7 minute walk for effortless slope access

• Taos Ski Valley Village - 10–15 minute walk or short drive to dining, boutiques, and ski services

• The Bavarian Restaurant & The Phoenix Grill – within a 5-minute walk for warm, inviting après-ski experiences

• Williams Lake Trail - just 5 minutes by car to reach stunning alpine scenery

• Wheeler Peak - 15–20 minute drive to premier high-elevation adventures

• Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to the location, connectivity may be intermittent and not ideal for remote work.

Love the location, stayed with another couple and the layout was perfect. Rooms on either side of the unit with common areas in-between. Loved the little patios off of each room as well. Beds were comfy, unit was clean, A/C worked great (visited in Aug.) Would stay again.

Location, Location, Charming Location

Charming home stay- architectural and furnishing details made the house feel truly Santa Fe. Best of all, easy access to the galleries of Canyon Rd and to the Plaza. Would love to see the place in high summer when the gardens are planted and windows are open to the sun and birds.... Great showers in the baths, comfortable beds. The front door lock still requires jiggling, and we suggest reading lights for the master bedroom, but otherwise a great spot!

Great Place.

This is an awesome little house in a nice neighborhood. It was clean and well stocked with anything we needed. Also, it is close to Canyon Road and all of it’s galleries and wonderful food. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Great location- 10"Walk to Canyon Rd, 20" to town. Well stocked kitchen, even needed a measuring tape and scotch tape and they had it. Only complaint is the very thin TP, requiring twice as much.

Adorable Adobe in Santa Fe

The house is so quaint & charming & has lots of beautiful art work! Beautifully renovated adobe home. Super comfy beds! Kitchen that had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the location - less than 1/2 mile to Canyon Rd, Geronimo’s, and great coffee shops. Just about 1 mile to the plaza.
