The Space:

Step inside our charming studio, a thoughtfully designed space perfect for your Cataño getaway. The open-plan layout maximizes the available area, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The main living area features a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals. Step out onto your private balcony and soak in the city and beach views. The studio also includes a full bathroom for your convenience. Additional amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a TV for your entertainment.



Water Supply

While water outages are uncommon, we are prepared. We have backup water tanks on-site.

In the event of an external service interruption:

- Minimum Use: Reduce water consumption to the essentials only.

- Laundry: The use of the washing machine is suspended during the outage.



Hurricane and Storm Policy

We want your stay to be safe, but we cannot control nature.

- Refunds: No refunds of any kind will be issued for weather-related causes.

- Flexibility: In the event of an atmospheric phenomenon, we offer the option to reschedule your vacation, subject to our calendar availability.

Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze! Public transport is readily available, with bus stops located a short walk from the studio. For those arriving by air, Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is approximately a 15-minute drive away. The ferry to Old San Juan is also easily accessible, offering a scenic and convenient way to explore the historic city. Free parking is available on the premises, and street parking is also an option. Whether you prefer public transport or driving, our location provides easy access to all the best attractions and amenities Cataño and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in begins at 4 PM local time.

Checkout is at 11 AM local time.

To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

Unauthorized late checkouts after 11AM will incur an additional fee.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

Your Free Starter Package

Every stay includes our thoughtfully prepared Starter Package, so you feel right at home:

Towels: 2 large bath towels + 1 beach towel + 1 washcloth per guest, plus 1 hand towel per bathroom

Power Outages in Puerto Rico

Life on the island is magical, but Puerto Rico may occasionally experience unexpected power outages.

If an outage lasts more than 3 hours but you choose to stay at the property, you may request a refund for the affected nights.

If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.
