Note: The detached game-room/workdesk is adapted from a large shed/workshop; it has a low ceiling, no insulation, and the floor is stone pavers. We provide shorter cue sticks for playing pool due to the slimmer clearance around it. It’s still just as fun :)

Fee Schedule:

• Shipping for items left behind is $30 for handling, in addition to USPS packaging & postage costs

• Early check-in and late checkout requests: $60 each

• Special requests: $70 in addition to associated material/service costs

• Luggage dropoff/storage: $20
