This fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a spacious fridge. Whether it’s a family feast or a quick snack, cooking here is both easy and enjoyable. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats six. It’s perfect for memorable dinners, celebrations, or a casual breakfast.

BEDROOMS
With 4 beautifully styled bedrooms, you’ll have no trouble finding your personal retreat, promising a peaceful night’s sleep for everyone.

BATHROOM
The full bathroom on the main level boasts fresh towels and quality toiletries. Plenty of space and thoughtful touches, like hair dryers, make getting ready a breeze.

REC ROOM
Head upstairs to the fun and inviting recreation room! Test out your shuffleboard skills, relax on the futon or play a game of cards at the card table. A great space for a WFH setup.

OUTSIDE
Step into your outdoor oasis! Whether it’s sipping morning coffee, dining al fresco, or stargazing, the outdoor space is designed for ultimate relaxation and connection with nature.

Feel free to make yourself at home! You’ll have full access to everything the place has to offer—bedrooms, living spaces, the kitchen, patios, and all the amenities. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know. We`re here to make sure you have a great time!

We respond quickly to any questions during your stay via text, phone or app. We are just a few minutes away and available 24/7 for any needs that may need an onsite visit.

Just 2 blocks to downtown Buena Vista, where you will find live music, great food, shopping, and a great small town vibe. Quick and easy access to all outdoor activities-hiking, biking, rafting, paddle boarding, etc. 45 minutes to Monarch Mountain, 1 hour to Copper Mountain, 50 minute to Cooper Mountain. We are a great place to stay for skiing-you are close to many different mountains and then you come home to a warm and cozy space.

Buena Vista is easy to get around! The charming downtown is just a quick walk away, and biking is a favorite here, with plenty of scenic trails and bike-friendly streets. If you’re driving, there’s plenty of parking, and major highways make it simple to head out on day trips. For other options, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are available, along with local shuttles and taxis, so getting around is always a breeze!

Please note that a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.

Access: You`ll receive a unique code for keyless entry.

Amenities: We provide an ample supply of essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, and plush towels to enhance your stay along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms.

Parking: Please park on the street in front of the home.

NO AC: Like many homes in Buena Vista and other Colorado mountain towns, this home does not have air conditioning. However, temperatures in the mountains cool significantly in the evenings. Simply open a few windows and turn on fans to quickly cool the space and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

No Smoking Policy: No smoking on the property at any time.

Holiday Check-In/Check-Out: We do not allow check-In/check-outs on Easter or Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. If you are looking at those dates, try altering your booking so that you check in or out on adjacent days.

Booking Far in Advance: If you`d like to book far in advance and beyond our regular booking window, please send us a message and we can provide you with a quote for your dates.

We have a strict no pets policy.
Although it is tempting, please no adults on the top bunk of the bunk bed, kids only! Thank you!
