This beautiful vacation home offers enough space for up to five guests and is perfect for a cozy family vacation. 1 sleeping place is located on the sleeping loft and can only be reached with a ladder. From your living area you can see directly onto the lake through the large panoramic windows. On the covered terrace in front of it you can wonderfully start your day with a coffee or end it with a glass of wine from the region. A grill for cozy barbecue evenings is also at your disposal.



Due to the central location in the Uhudler and thermal spa region, a total of 6 thermal spas can be reached within 20 minutes. The cyclists among our guests have a direct connection to various bike paths such as the Uhudler Cycle Path, Paradise Route, or the Lafnitz Valley Cycle Path.



In this wonderful place you will find peace and relaxation. In the lake you can swim wonderfully and practice water sports or take long walks on its shore. Königsdorf natural swimming lake is the largest groundwater lake in the region. Here you will find exciting leisure activities and you will definitely not get bored.
