The main floor features two separate living areas, including a cozy lounge with a wood-burning fireplace and a second living space with recliners and a TV, perfect for relaxing or movie nights.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for short or extended stays, along with a dining area for 6 and a kitchen island for additional space.
Upstairs, you’ll find three well-sized bedrooms with comfortable beds (2 queens, 1 king) and 2.5 bathrooms, making it easy for groups to stay together without feeling crowded. Step outside to a private backyard with a deck and patio seating, perfect for relaxing during your stay.
The neighborhood is quiet, convenient, and well-connected:

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the main and upper levels of the home, including all living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, driveway, and private backyard.
The garage and basement are locked and not accessible, as they are used by the homeowner for storage.
Food and package deliveries (Uber Eats, Amazon, etc.) can be sent to the front door. Please note that mailbox access is not available.

• This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 PM.
• No parties or events are permitted.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking.

• Travel times may vary depending on traffic, especially during peak hours.
• The home includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
