Note: There will be scheduled outdoor excavation/yard work happening daily from 7:00 AM–4:00 PM from May 26 through approximately before August. During this time, parts of the yard will be partially off-limits and the swing set will be unavailable, and guests may experience construction/excavation noise during working hours. The crew will not need indoor access. Grill and fire pit remain available.

Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.

Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 is open concept and does not have a door for privacy.

Nearby Event Center
The property is located next to an event center, which is not accessible to guests. On Friday and Saturday evenings, there may be music and noise outside the home until 11:00 PM. Please note that local sound ordinance quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Security Cameras
The property has 3 exterior security cameras at the entry doors. They face outward and do not look into interior spaces. They record video when motion is detected.

Stairs
Steps are required to access the home. The main living room and kitchen are up stairs from the front door, and the basement level is down stairs.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
