In the house you have a sauna, and for fun you have table soccer, so you will not be bored. On the terrace on the second floor you can enjoy a glass of wine and the sea view in the evening.



At the house you will find the pool and a covered terrace with barbecue on a beautiful fully fenced plot. Jump into the water on hot days and enjoy the peace and quiet in the courtyard or on one of the many terraces. For the little ones there is a swing, slide and sandbox outside, so they can spend nice hours playing.



Nearby there are many opportunities for experiences and activities - sailing, horseback riding, cycling, hiking could be on the program. To the nearest beaches are 3.5 km.
