The Space:

The property features three beautifully designed bedrooms, each tailored to offer maximum comfort and privacy. The master bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat, offering a plush king-size bed for a deeply restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, making it perfect for couples or individual guests. The third bedroom features a twin bed, ideal for a child or an extra guest.



In addition to the bedrooms, the villa boasts a dedicated den/study that includes a sofa bed—the perfect spot for unwinding or utilizing as a quiet remote workspace.



The full bathrooms and one convenient half-bath ensure ultimate comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen comes completely equipped with modern, high-end appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, making meal preparation effortless.



The open-concept living and dining area is both spacious and welcoming, making it the perfect setting for family gatherings or dinners with friends.

Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

From the Airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 50-minute drive away.



Getting to the Center: To reach downtown Playa del Carmen and its main attractions, you can easily take a taxi or use ridesharing services like Uber, with an estimated travel time of just 10–15 minutes.



Public Transit: For those who prefer public transportation, there are nearby bus stops offering convenient connections to various points across the city and other destinations throughout the Riviera Maya.



Parking: If you plan on renting a car or driving, the villa includes complimentary private parking on-site for your ultimate convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
