Maison Baltique Apartment 26 - Maison Baltique Niendorf

Welcome to the 2-room apartment in Niendorf.
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor, is equipped to accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and one child aged 12 or older, and is just 3 minutes from the beach.

The living room features a cozy sofa set (convertible into a bed, providing an additional sleeping space), Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a radio, a CD player, and a dining area.
The open-concept kitchenette features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need.

From the living room area, you have access to the balcony facing northeast with a side view of the Baltic Sea.

In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (2 mattresses, each 0.90 m x 1.90 m, with two different firmness levels), nightstands, a closet, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.
The bathroom features a shower tray.

From May 1 to September 15, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach in the front row right by the water.
Bakeries and grocery stores are in the immediate vicinity.

For small loads of laundry, a washer and dryer are available in the basement for a fee (coins available at the office).

Starting on the 01.01.2026, a parking space in the duplex garage (dimensions: length 5.00 m x width 1.90 m x height 1.50 m) is reserved for you.
We can offer an alternative parking space in the public parking lot (not in the Edeka underground garage), located very nearby, for a fee.
Upon submission of your parking ticket, we will refund the parking fee you paid.

Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.



Modern apartment building: Welcome to the popular Maison Baltique.
The building is located just 50 meters from the beach and offers apartments ranging from 32 to 50 m² that accommodate 3 to 4 people.

You’ll stay in modern vacation rentals with a terrace or balcony where you can enjoy your vacation with the whole family.

Right across the street, you can enjoy swimming a few laps in the saltwater pool even on cooler days.

Inside the building, you can wash your vacation clothes in the coin-operated washing machine; there’s also a coin-operated dryer available.

Some apartments also include a duplex underground parking space (not suitable for station wagons or vans) or an outdoor parking space.

The nearest shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity, and Niendorf Harbor is just 1,300 meters away.
Here you can watch the fishermen at work and buy your fish straight from the Baltic Sea.

From Niendorf, the 4-kilometer-long hiking trail along the Brodten cliffs is well worth the walk. Here you’ll find a landscape that’s still almost untouched, even in the otherwise densely populated Lübeck Bay.
