Welcome to this light-filled, tastefully furnished 4-room duplex apartment in Scharbeutz. It’s located on the 1st floor of a small residential complex in a low-traffic zone. From the south/west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the afternoon sun. Up to 6 people can spend carefree, relaxing vacation days here.
On the lower level is the spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, and large dining table. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic stove, refrigerator (without freezer), and a Krups capsule coffee machine. The bedroom, which has a double bed and a TV, leads to the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. A large, modern bathroom with natural light is equipped with a shower and toilet. From the living area, you can access the furnished balcony with a view of the greenery.
From the hallway, a staircase leads upstairs to the two additional bedrooms (both with double beds) and the tower room, which is stocked with games, books, and a game console. Guests also have access to a parking space in the carport right next to the house. No pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment.



In this Glockenstraße vacation home, we rent out the spacious “Ostseehöhe” vacation apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor in Scharbeutz and is equipped to accommodate 4–6 people. Here, you can unwind, whether with a good book, a glass of red wine, or by the wood-burning stove in the winter. The apartment is very spacious and well-appointed, with a TV in every room. The large terrace is equipped with a grill, and guests have access to a carport and a parking space. The beach is 800 m away, and the bakery and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. Well-behaved dogs are welcome here.
