We had a reunion of 3 couples. The living room was a perfect place to congregate. The kitchen is spacious and we enjoyed cooking meals and eating together. It rained the whole time, but the views were nevertheless spectacular. Proximity to North Adams and Mass MOCA was a huge plus, especially given the weather.Plenty of room for everyone! Jennifer was incredibly responsive. The only problem we had was with the initial entry, but Jennifer was patient and walked me through it remotely. Loved it!

This vacation home is a good stay for larger families looking for a nature getaway. Although if you need entertainment at the property you should bring your own things like pool floats, outdoor equipment or board games. Spectacular views from the porch, gorgeous house and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. There are outdoor cameras on the premises of the house, they become a bit annoying if you’re hanging out at the pool as they go off frequently, and the pool isn’t heated but it’s not freezing if you keep moving.

Thank you for the thoughtful review and for staying with us. We’re glad the views, house, and quiet setting made for a great getaway. A few notes: we do have board games at the property in several locations, and we will add their exact spots to the property instructions so they’re easy to find. On the cameras, we turned off the audio alerts so future guests shouldn’t experience that. Please accept my apologies that they affected your stay. We were a group of 5 adults and 1 child. When we came to the property we all said in unison, “Wow!” The view is stunning. The grounds are meticulously maintained and that includes the sparkling pool and deck areas. Morning coffee was amazing on the deck and the view from the primary suite was breathtaking on the one rainy morning we had during our 5 day stay. There is so much room in this home. Plenty of space to gather at either the table for games and meals or the living room with its super comfy couches and chair. The spectacular stone fireplace is the focal point- although we didn’t need to use it in August. There were plenty of comfortable beds. My husband had just injured his back before the trip and after a 9 hour road trip the adjustable bed was a Godsend! My 8 year old granddaughter and I occupied the bonus room. It was like a secret hideaway. We watched late night movies and got in lots of snuggles. It was fun to have a mini fridge so we didn’t have to run to the kitchen for drinks. Speaking of the kitchen! Fabulous! We rented this house as a “staycation” to enjoy time together and make memories not to run around doing a lot of activities so a complete kitchen was definitely on our list of wants and this kitchen did not disappoint. It had everything we needed and more. Jennifer, the owner, was so sweet. She answered all our questions within minutes and checked in to make sure our visit was going well. This amazing home will not disappoint.

This Vermont home was truly impressive, providing a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the area. Our stay was better than advertised and the host was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for the weekend. Would definitely recommend and will consider returning in the future.
