The Villa was exactly what we wanted. There were 10 of us. Ranging in age from 1 year up to 64 years. It had everything you need for each age group. It could do with a little facelift as a few things are looking tired but it was very clean and adequate. The view of the sunset over the salt lakes are absolutely gorgeous. Would defiantly stay there again.

Een grote villa op een rustige locatie met een prachtig uitzicht

Pros: De ligging algemeen was super met zalig zwembad en de ruimte's binnen en buiten waren zeer ruim. De keuken was compleet. Afspraken konden perfect gemaakt worden met de zeer vriendelijke eigenares. Cons: Klein puntje van kritiek: Extra koelkastje (voor 9 volwassenen)

Pros: The house was in perfect location and for our purpose perfect with nice and clean ( fenced) pool with tools and playhouse for the children - The house was a bit torn by wear and tear - but clean. Some smaller issues with missing toilet paper, dish washer tablets etc so we had to go shopping directly upon arrival.

Pros: A total of 11 family members travelled to the villa for a surprise party. The villa was fabulous. From collecting the keys at the agreed time to handing them back we could not complain about anything. All correspondence with the owner was completed quickly and easily including payment. I can imagine it is in high demand during the summer months! We would all highly recommend this property and all that are involved in the rental process. Thanks to Dina, Benby and her husband for making our trip comfortable and hassle free. Will be looking into possibly visiting again in the future.

Pros: The property was very nice. But 2 of the 5 bedrooms can only be reached from the patio, not from within the main house. Since we came with younger children, this was quite a disappointment. Also, from around 5 o'clock the many mosquitoes awoke and happily attacked all who dared to stay out.... this resulted in the fact that we could not have dinner outside. The swimming pool was wonderful and clean. There were also plenty of loungebeds on the patio and plenty of room for the children to play.

Pros: We wanted a property able to cope with the extended family, 5 older children and two partners and the first `grand `child 4 months old. And this was exactly what we got. The property provided the space and privacy required, and the whole family were able to enjoy the facilities and relax and enjoy our time in Torrevieja. The town will not provide the wildlife generally required for the teenagers/young adults, but I feel there is something for everyone who is prepared to explore. I would recommend the villa to anyone, and would always consider this if we return to the area.

Pros: I just arrived home from a week stay here with my husband 2 daughters & 7 other family members. The house is gorgeous & very well equipped. Dina (the owner) answered the many questions I had. The pictures do not do the house justice. We loved it. We eat in most nights, only having 2 meals out of the house. The supermarket is only a 10 min walk away, which was ideal. The pool was gorgeous & we all used it a lot! The only downfall was a few in the party got bit from Mosquitos but Dina is in the process of trying to get rid of them, chopping trees down on the outside gate. Also having the ground sprayed by a gardener. But do not let this out you off! Perfect for a family holiday!!! We will be returning I'm sure!

Pros: A beautiful house with every amenity and utensil required by a family of 8 to enjoy a relaxed holiday. Everything worked! Having a washing machine was wonderful. The pool was fabulous,The bbq was used daily, we watched glorious sunsets over the pink salt lake. The house is located on a really quite street - not a sound at night and only a 10 minute cycle to the beach.

Ligger rolig til litt utenfor sentrum av Torrevieja. 5 soverom hvor ett var utstyrt med sprinkelseng som passet ypperlig for vårt spedbarn. 2 av soverommene lå i eget anneks uten gjennomgang til hoveddelen av huset. Godt utstyrt kjøkken med nordisk preg. Eieren er norsk og kommunikasjon foregikk via mail. Som nordmann selv følte jeg det veldig betryggende da sjansen for misfortståelser minker. Eier fremstod ryddig og ordentlig, og vi hadde en fin ferie uten problemer. Had one week in this great house. It is situated in a quiet part just outside downtown Torrevieja. 5 bedrooms, and in one there was a sprinkler bed (babybed) that was perfect for our infant baby. 2 of the bedrooms were in an own annex without connection to the main part of the house. Well supplied kitchen with a nordic touch to it. The owner is Norwegian and the communication were done via mail. As a Norwegian my self I found that reassuring as chances for misunderstandings were reduced. The owner was perceived serious and trustworthy, and we had a nice vacation with no problems.
