Geographically, Hobbach is located between Miltenberg and Aschaffenburg and is part of the municipality of Eschau.
You can reach Hobbach quickly via the “A3” highway and the very well-developed “B469” expressway. Frankfurt and Würzburg are each about 45 minutes away and are perfect for a day trip.
Your vacation home is located on a conveniently accessible thoroughfare and has a parking space available right outside the door.
Our lovingly furnished vacation apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and, with approximately 75 square meters of space, offers room for the whole family.
Whether just the two of you or with children, everyone is warmly welcome here.
The apartment features a newly furnished bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m) and a wardrobe. We can also set up a baby bed here if needed.
Directly across from it is the second bedroom. With two beds (1 m and 1.40 m), it accommodates 2 adults or 2–3 children. A desk can be used as a drawing table or as a changing station (changing pad provided). Puzzle mats and a small selection of toys will keep the little ones entertained.
The spacious living room features a comfortable corner couch and a large flat-screen TV for cozy evenings watching TV together.

For a little time out, the two of you can cozy up on the balcony and wind down the day with a glass of regional Franconian wine or beer.
The new bathroom, bathed in natural light, is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. A hair dryer and toilet paper are also provided.
The fully equipped kitchen blends the past with the present. A modern kitchenette with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and fridge-freezer offers you the best in cooking convenience. In addition, the lovingly restored kitchen cabinet from the 1960s creates a cozy atmosphere. There is enough tableware for six people. Dish towels, a sponge, dish soap, parchment paper, coffee filters, and spices are provided free of charge. If needed, we’d be happy to provide a high chair.
Within walking distance, you’ll find a butcher shop and a small village store that also offers a small selection of fresh bakery items.
A REWE and a Norma supermarket are located in the market town of Eschau (approx. 5 km). Other supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Netto, and dm are located in Elsenfeld (approx. 10 km).
Hobbach is an ideal starting point for your hikes, e.g., to the famous “Mespelbrunn Castle.” The Red Wine Hiking Trail with its panoramic views or “Engelberg Monastery” also invite you to take a stroll.
If needed, a child carrier for little hikers can be rented for a deposit.
The price is for two people. Each additional person aged 3 and older costs €10 per person. If you have a child under 3 years old, please do not include them in your booking; instead, let us know via a private message.
If you’d like to travel with more guests, ask about our second vacation rental for 2–4 people in the same building!
