Braemar Towers 807 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the 8th floor of the north tower. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, and 2 TV’s and free WIFI. Limit of 4 people. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. This property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. (Psssst… you’re also right across the street from The Crab Bag, voted Ocean City’s best crabs year after year!) The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included.
