This spacious two-room apartment on the first floor features a large balcony and an underground parking space; as you drive down the ramp, the first space is immediately on your left (entrance height: 1.90 m) and a bike storage room at the very back of the underground garage (space 44) in the Villa Kurpark is idyllically located right by the sea. Just a few meters’ walk away, you’ll find the beach, the pier, the dike, the promenade, the Haus des Gastes, and Zingst’s spa center. The apartment is in a prime location right next to the Kurpark and very close to the town center.

The modern and nature-oriented seaside spa town of Zingst, with its traditional charm, is located on the Fischland-Darß Peninsula. A 15-km-long sandy beach, the idyllic landscapes of the Vorpommern National Park, the Bodden landscape, and the mild, invigorating climate invite you to linger here. Zingst offers a wide variety of recreational activities, making it a great place to vacation year-round.
The beautiful promenade begins right at the main building, featuring a variety of shops, as well as bakeries, discount grocery stores, pharmacies, drugstores, and restaurants.
