Your dream thatched-roof home on Sylt! The beautifully renovated, detached house “Meerblick” is located in the picturesque Mellhörn district of List. This is a quiet and stylish residential area of thatched-roof houses situated directly on the Wadden Sea between Kampen and List on Sylt. Since your vacation home sits on a small hill, you can enjoy a view of the sea on one side (with the Danish coast visible in the distance) and, on the other side, a fantastic, unobstructed view of List’s impressive dune and heathland landscape. It’s just a short 160-meter walk to the family-friendly Lister Oststrand on the Wadden Sea side. The beach is perfect for relaxing, swimming (with lifeguards on duty in the summer), taking walks, and, of course, enjoying the magnificent Sylt sunset. Right on the beach, you’ll find the Lister Austernperle beach bar and restaurant, as well as a beach chair rental service. The thatched-roof house offers 120 m² of living space across two levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The large, bright living room is equipped with a Smart TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious terrace with a sea view and into the garden, where a beach chair (in season) is available for your use. In addition, the vacation home features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table on the first floor, as well as a spacious shower room that was completely renovated and modernized in early 2026. Another shower room with a beautiful view of the dunes and heathland awaits you on the upper floor of the house; this bathroom was also completely renovated and modernized in early 2026. The upper floor also houses the two bedrooms, each with a king-size box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). One of the two bedrooms features a small desk for your use. The vacation home offers very fast Wi-Fi (fiber-optic connection), a private parking space, and a washing machine.

Quietly located in the Mellhörn/List neighborhood. The detached thatched-roof house will be freshly renovated at the beginning of 2022 and will be furnished in a modern style.
 
A private parking space is available free of charge at the house.
Bicycles can be stored in the on-site bike garage / Charging facilities for your e-bike are available.
The vacation home is rented as a non-smoking property.
Dogs are welcome!



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
