The property features 8 private bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 3 half bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, blackout curtains, quality linens, and generous natural light, ensuring restful nights and comfortable stays.

It is very important for us to live in a green environment, this is why the plants of the house must be watered every Wednesday and Saturday by my staff in a lapse between 11AM -3PM. We will remind you on the day before every visit. Thanks in advance for your collaboration.

Guest Access:

During your stay, guests will have full access to all areas of the house. Feel free to make yourself at home and explore every corner of this welcoming space.



TO NOTICE: In the living room, you will find two display cabinets showcasing special items. These cabinets are not available for guest use.



There are four closets with some supplies for our cleaning staff that are locked, two on the ground floor, and two more on the second floor next to the TV.

At Casa Moon, comfort and peace of mind are woven into every detail. The home features a basic first-aid kit for added security, while select original ironwork windows remain closed, preserving the architecture and ensuring a safe, tranquil environment.



A standout feature awaits on the third level, where the TV lounge is crowned by a striking glass ceiling crafted from fully tempered, walkable glass, allowing natural light to flood the space.



Each bathroom is equipped with its own independent water heater, so multiple guests can enjoy a seamless shower experience at the same time. Solar panels further reflect a thoughtful, modern approach to sustainable luxury. That is why the hot water system of this home promotes conscious water and energy use through an instant electric hot water system in each bathroom shower.



-Hot water is generated on demand, and shower temperature is adjusted through water flow, ranging between 36 °C and 50 °C (the average shower temperature is around 38 °C).



-For hot showers, the system is designed to operate using hot water only. When the shower is set to cold, the heater naturally turns off as part of its energy-saving design.



For connectivity, the house is equipped with three Wi-Fi signal repeaters throughout the property. For the best experience during video calls or virtual meetings, we recommend staying in one location to ensure optimal signal stability.



From the rooftop, it may occasionally be possible to see neighboring properties. We kindly ask guests to always maintain respect and a positive, considerate attitude toward our neighbors.
