This is the entire lower level of our home — a completely separate suite with its own private entrance (hosts live upstairs). Newly built and designed for comfort, privacy, and connection, it sleeps up to 8 guests and sits just 5 miles from the Black Hawk casinos, surrounded by the Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests with hiking, biking, and off-road trails nearby.
Important to Know (Please Read Before Booking)

This is a private, fully separate walkout basement suite
We (the owners) live upstairs in the main home
You'll have your own private entrance, parking area, and outdoor space
The spaces are separate, but you may occasionally hear light, normal household noise from above
Most guests love the setup — privacy plus the peace of mind of someone nearby if needed
