The property consists of two large houses and is ideal for several families or a group of friends. A kitchen in each house and cosy dining areas allow you to prepare delicious meals and spend pleasant hours enjoying friendly conversations about the day’s adventures. You’ll find several sofa areas and cosy corners where you can relax with your holiday reading or enjoy each other’s company whilst playing board games.



The property includes a large plot of land where your children will find plenty of space to play. Enjoy the cosy atmosphere by the campfire and spend lovely summer evenings on the terrace. In the courtyard, there is also a large activity barn where children and adults can spend time together and have fun, whatever the weather. Among other things, there is a table tennis table, football goals, a basketball hoop and various games for indoors and outdoors. The barn also has tables and chairs for a coffee break, playing games together or a relaxing break in the dry.



Just a stone’s throw from the house is an outdoor area with plenty of facilities that can be used by local residents and guests in the surrounding area. The main attraction is the outdoor swimming pool with a children’s paddling pool. There is also a boules court, a playground and a barbecue area, as well as a covered dance floor, so that young and old alike can enjoy many hours of fun outdoors.



Cycling, walking or fishing are just some of the activities on offer in the surrounding area. Explore the countryside along the Skåneleden walking trail, go mushroom or berry picking, or head to the coast of Ängelholm for a day’s swimming at its lovely bathing spots.
