The holiday apartment 'Summer in Costa del Sol' is located in Benalmádena and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. This 66 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room (both bedrooms have fans), a washing machine as well as satellite TV (Chromecast is available). A baby cot, a high chair and a baby tub are also available upon request and at no extra cost.

Your private outdoor area includes garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue.

A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open between the months of April and September and depending on the weather conditions) and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

The holiday apartment also has a shared indoor pool for you to enjoy.

Fabulous Holiday

Fantastic property with everything you could need. We spent plenty of time on the 2 terraces which both have nice views. Communal pool with a lifeguard was enjoyed by our children. The pool bar and restaurant served excellent food during the day. Good location for the beach and supermarket only a couple of minutes walk away. Excellent communication before our holiday with Nastasia the owner of the property and again with Simona who met us with the keys and checked us in. All of our family enjoyed the holiday and will certainly be booking again

Had a wonderfully three weeks in this apartment. It had everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Pros: Had a wonderfully three weeks in this apartment. It had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Main pool on the complex is excellent. Rooftop pool was closed from end of September but this didn't hinder daily plans. Plenty of bars, restaurants and a supermarket right on your doorstep. Main terrace off living room an ideal location to enjoy afternoon sun and diving drinks and dinner. Both Nastasia and Simona (who you deal with on site) are easy to deal with and very pleasant. My only slight gripe would be the limited choice of English speaking channels on the TV/cable service.

We are a family of five with three kids from 4 to 11 years old, and the apartment was ideal for us.

Pros: We are a family of five with three kids from 4 to 11 years old, and the apartment was ideal for us. Room enough for us to sleep and eat, and in addition it has two spacious terraces that really made the stay nice. Everything worked as supposed to and the kitchen was more then well equipped, making it possible to make almost any dish you'd like in the apartment. The barbaque on one of the terraces also worked well. The location is fine too. Not too far away from the beach nor the nearest park. And it's right next door to a big grocery store. Both the owner and the housekeepers did a good job before and during our stay, and all communication was fast and reliable. All in all we are very pleased with our stay and recommend this apartment, and we would love to come back again!

Pros: Skøn ferielejlighed, tæt på alting. Der er mange muligheder for oplevelser og det er nemt at komme med bus/tog til Malaga. Vi har været i i Benalmadena flere gange og er glade for stedet. Dette var første gang i Nastasias lejlighed. Vi manglede ingenting, der var ALT hvad vi skulle bruge, bl.a. gode møbler, parasoller, tørrestativer mm. på begge terrasser. God og hurtig kommunikation med udlejer, og vi blev taget godt imod af Simona da vi ankom. Vi kan kun anbefale denne lejlighed.

Pros: Komplekset (Pueblo Evita) er super og dejligt børnevenligt. Man skal dog være opmærksom på mange trapper, så hvis man ikke er i form, så kommer man det ;-) Området ligger yderst centralt for stort set alle attraktioner, så man behøver ikke at leje bil. Lejligheden var fin med lækre terasser, dog kunne rengørings-standarden godt være lidt bedre (en hovedrengøring vil gøre underværker). Der findes alle tænkelige ting i lejligheden, så det var næsten som at være hjemme.

Pros: En dejlig lys lejlighed med 2 store terrasser. Lejligheden er forsynet med alt, hvad man har behov for. Et køkken, hvor der ikke mangler noget, 2 dejlige soveværelser og et flot badeværelse. Der er solbænke, stole og hynder. Der er IT tilslutning, fladskærm og satelit TV samt DVD afspiller.Lejligheden ligger øverst med flot udsigt dels mod havet og mod bjergene. Den høje placering betyder, at der kommer megen varme ind fra vinduer og døre hele dagen, som giver tilstækkelig varme, hvis aftenerne skulle være kølige. Der er et stort velassorteret supermarked lige neden for og der er kort gåafstand til havet og til indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er et pensionist ægtepar, som jo ikke har haft brug for pool m.v., men har haft et dejligt ophold i en skøn lejlighed i januar måned.Der er en sød dansk "housekeeper", som var os behjælpelig, da vi fik brug vor lægehjælp.

Pros: Mooi appartement. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn dient men er rekening mee te houden dat men een flinke klim bergopwaarts moet maken vanaf het centrum. Verder zijn er in dat licht gezien ook veel trappen in het complex. Uitzicht is mooi. Ligging voor activiteiten is perfect. Winkels op loopafstand. Goed uitgeruste zwembaden met toezicht. Hapje en drankje in de buurt. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wifi bij de bar. In appartement is een vodafoon wifi aanwezig. Voor Ipad gebruikers installeer vooraf thuis de Vodafoon instelleingen voor aansluiting met de Wifi. Een aanrader is verder om een huurauto te nemen om voor vervoer in de omgeving.
