House Rules: No parties or loud music from 10pm to 8am to maintain neighborhood peace. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee. BBQ use requires a cleaning service fee. We provide a complimentary cooler for your beach trips to keep your drinks refreshing!

The base price shown for this listing covers up to 8 guests. For larger groups, there is an additional fee of $15 per person, per night for each guest beyond the first 8. Please note that the absolute maximum capacity for the house is 12 guests.
