Equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, nothing stands in the way of cooking and feasting together.
The open living area with a fireplace rounds out the overall picture.
Please note that the wood-burning stove may only be fueled with wood briquettes.

Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, nightstands, and a wardrobe.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures cozy warmth on cooler days.

Two televisions are included.

On stormy and/or rainy days, the spacious bathroom becomes a wellness retreat.
A sauna and a rain shower provide the comfort needed for relaxation.

Upon request, a travel crib for toddlers with a mattress and fitted sheet and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed from our front desk (located directly on the premises).
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of Building No. 48 (behind the front desk).

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.

One parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.
The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.
