The third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, thoughtfully situated near a full bathroom just across the hall, perfect for additional guests or family members. 🌡️ A quick note: Our condo enjoys spectacular, uninterrupted sun from sunrise to sunset, enhanced by the gorgeous reflections off Lake Okanagan. To keep the indoor climate comfortable against this intense afternoon heat, the unit features a central climate control system supplemented by two portable air conditioners in the main living space. By closing the blinds during peak morning sun, guest can easily maintain a comfortable indoor temperature climate of 24 to 26 degrees. Please note that while the system keeps the unit pleasantly climate-controlled, it does not achieve refrigerator-cold temperatures.

• This is a privately managed unit at The Cove
• Seasonal pool & hot tub; wristbands required for access
• The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal amenities and are typically available between mid-May and early October. However, exact opening and closing dates are not guaranteed and are dependent on weather conditions and resort management decisions.
• A LOST/UNRETURNED FOB / PARKING PASS/KEY CARD/WRISTBAND/KEY WILL RESULT IN A $120.00 REPLACEMENT FEE per item
• Guests must only use the communal BBQs located in the common area.
• Early check in & late checkout may be available for a fee
