Our newly built (August 2021), spacious, and bright 140-square-meter vacation rental is located in the heart of East Frisia, in the center of Victorbur in Südbrookmerland. From here, the seaport city of Emden—with its many interesting recreational activities—is just a few kilometers away. The North Sea coast is about 20 km away (Norddeich), and many small coastal towns, such as Greetsiel, are easily accessible. Day trips to the East Frisian Islands are generally always possible—and here’s some news!!! Juist is now also accessible by high-speed ferry several times a day. The towns of Norden, Aurich, and Leer, as well as Wiesmoor, are also within easy reach. The area surrounding the apartment offers opportunities for hiking and biking.

No pets allowed. Our first new vacation apartment was completed on 08.08.2021 and can be booked for 1–6 people. The apartment is fully furnished with new furniture. Located on the first floor of an apartment building, it features a large, bright hallway with a storage room, as well as a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The large living area with an open kitchen, approximately 50 square meters, is cozy and bright. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each) as well as a guest restroom. The town of Victorbur is located in the heart of Südbrookmerland in East Frisia. The North Sea coast is about 20 km away.

East Frisia has many attractions to offer. Here are some of the best-known:

- The city of Leer with its historic old town and harbor
- Lütetsburg Castle with its beautiful castle park
- The Pilsum Lighthouse, made famous by the film “Otto – Der Außerfriesische”
- The Moormuseum in Moordorf, which showcases the region’s history and culture
- The Tea Museum in Norden, which presents the history of tea and its significance for East Frisia
- The islands of Norderney, Juist, and Langeoog, whose beaches and dunes invite you to relax
- The Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site and a unique ecosystem
