Apartment No. 11, located on the 1st floor of the NAUTILUS building, features a balcony and a direct view of the lake. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and a flat-screen TV.
Of course, the apartment also features free Wi-Fi and a numbered parking space. A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are located in the basement.

A new construction project is planned in the immediate vicinity; as of now, construction is scheduled to begin at the end of summer 2026. Construction is expected to last for at least 18 months. The Nautilus building stands out for its exclusive prime location on the Duhner beach promenade, just a few steps from the sandy beach. Each of our apartments offers a direct view of the international shipping lane as well as the island of Neuwerk, which is part of the UNESCO Wadden Sea World Natural Heritage Site.
In the immediate vicinity of the building, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and shopping options.
The complex is equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers. In addition, each apartment has its own numbered parking space.
