Villa Melissa - Istrian stone house with pool in a very good location

Villa Melissa is a beautiful vacation home located in a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of the historic village of Sveti Lovreč. It features four bedrooms—three of which are on the first floor—as well as three bathrooms and a guest restroom. The heart of the house is a large open-concept kitchen-dining-living area with a cozy kitchen, a large dining table for 8 people, and a very comfortable seating area, some of which features pull-out armchairs. From the spacious terrace, you can enjoy views of the picturesque village and the sea in the background. A supermarket and a café-bar are within walking distance. The sea is no more than 15 minutes away, as is the historic town of Poreč. The 8x4m pool (open from late May through September) is perfect for swimming.

The first floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate restroom. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and opens onto the front terrace. The second bedroom offers a view of the side garden, while the third bedroom on the first floor opens onto the terrace and the pool. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom on the upper floor has its own bathroom with a shower. The view from the upper bedroom extends across the garden to the village. Since all rooms except the fourth bedroom are at ground level, Villa Melissa is also well-suited for guests with limited mobility.

Families and couples are warmly welcome as guests. However, out of consideration for the neighborhood, we do not rent to groups, teenagers, high school seniors, or graduating classes.

Vrbo requires a security deposit of 300 euros, which will be refunded to you once the property is returned in good condition.
