The home features a spacious and inviting layout, including a large living room with multiple seating areas—perfect for relaxing or gathering with your group. There are TVs in the living room and all three of the bedrooms for added entertainment.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, with both indoor and outdoor dining options available. Just off the kitchen, step onto the porch leading to a large, fully fenced backyard complete with a BBQ grill, 2, separate outdoor lounge areas, and a kid-friendly playset—ideal for families and pets alike. Feel free to pick from our garden in the greenhouse during your stay!
Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and flexibility. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds, one of which includes a desk and built-in air conditioning for warmer days. The downstairs primary bedroom features a king bed and closet. A bonus room provides extra sleeping space or a dedicated workspace and comes complete with a sliding barn door that separates it completely from the living room area if needed.
The home includes two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and double vanity. Additional conveniences include a large laundry room and mudroom at the back of the house.
While the home is located on a busier street, street noise is minimal. With parking located at the rear via alley access and a covered carport, the property feels private, safe, and tucked away.
Pets are welcome, and the home is designed to be both family- and kid-friendly. Whether you're visiting for adventure or relaxation, this home is a comfortable and well-appointed base for your Eureka stay.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire main house and both yards during your stay. Parking in the front and back of the house is for guest use.

• The detached garage located behind the home is not available for guest use.
• The property sits on nearly an acre lot within the city, offering plenty of open green space. One side of the yard is fully fenced, while the other side is not fully fenced though it is mostly fenced.
• Parking: There is space for up to 4 vehicles in the rear parking area, accessible via the alley.
• Pets: One pet is welcome. There is an additional $50 fee per pet after the first. Please message the host for approval before bringing multiple pets.
• No parties or large gatherings are allowed at the property.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors.
• The home features an indoor fireplace, but we recommend use only if you are familiar with operating one. Firewood is not guaranteed during your stay.
• There are stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms.
• There are also stairs leading up to the back entrance, which is equipped with a keyless entry.
