Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. You’ll also have access to free bike rentals and public transportation, such as regional buses and the Bayerische Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. This allows you to experience the region to the fullest while being pleasantly surprised by many free offerings.
