Beautiful pool villa very close to the beach Villa Clara is ideally located just a few steps away from the marvellous white beach of Roche. With a private swimming pool and a large covered terrace it has all you can wish for to guarantee you a beautiful holiday. The recently refurbished villa has a very spacious l-shaped living room with two comfortable sitting areas and a modern dinig table. There is internet access (WIFI). The floor-to ceiling windows look out onto the 11 m pool and garden. The master bedroom (with doublé bed) has an ensuite family bathroom with his and her sinks. On the other end of the hallway there are three more bedrooms which share a large shower room and a smaller, simple one. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and, like the living room, with radiators connected to the central gas heating. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dish washer, oven and ceramic hob. Behind the kitchen there is a small terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun. Behind the house is also a beautiful terrace with teak furniture, a brick sofa and wicker chairs. This is a perfect holiday home for a large family or for two families travelling together.

Roche is maybe the most elegant development in the whole area with high-class villas and impressive landscaped gardens. Surrounded by pine forests, it is ideally located between a succession of secluded coves towards the lighthouse of Conil, and the endless soft beaches of La Barrosa towards Chiclana.Roche is a very tranquil most of the time, but becomes very lively in high season since most of the properties are holiday rentals. In the large communal area there is a small but well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, playground and pizzeria. There is also a public fitness park, free basketball courts and football fields, as well as tennis and paddle tennis courts which can be rented for a reasonable fee. The excellent restaurant El Timón with direct access to the beach is situated on the cliffs of Roche.The nearest banks and larger supermarkets are in El Colorado (6 km). Conil is approximately 8 km away 10-15minutes by car.
