This cozy apartment offers a bright and airy space thanks to its large windows, which let in plenty of natural light but can easily be shaded with curtains for extra privacy. The main area features a spacious king‑size bed, table with chairs, smart TV, and a fully equipped built‑in kitchen with everything you need to cook comfortably.

The bathroom is modern and well equipped, including a toilet, bathtub, washing machine, and a practical radiator. Heating is easily controlled by a wall thermostat, with three radiators throughout the apartment for maximum comfort on colder days.

In the hallway, there’s a large wardrobe with hangers and shelves, offering plenty of storage space for your belongings.

Access to the pantry is available only upon request. In addition, guests are welcome to enjoy the residential terrace on the 4th floor, perfect for relaxing or having a coffee with a nice view.

I can tell you that communication with me is flexible, I am active most of the times druing the day, whether directly in the application or on the phone number provided. After booking, an ID card/passport and guest information are required for building city records and tax purposes, which helps keep the residents safe and quiet for everyone.
