This bright, minimalist English-style 3-bedroom apartment is perfect for groups of travelers. Set in a fully restored historic building, it’s just steps from the Museum of Fine Arts, Mont-Royal Park, and the Bell Centre, with fantastic dining and cultural spots nearby. Guy-Concordia Metro is less than 5 minutes away, making it easy to explore the city.

The condo also offers a lounge and gym and free laundry. For larger groups, additional apartments are available.

The space

The Liverpool House offers 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The flexible layout allows you to choose the setup that best suits your stay — whether it’s 3 guests who prefer their own private room or up to 6 guests with bed sharing for a larger group.

If your group exceeds the apartment’s capacity or you need more space, feel free to reach out — I have additional apartments in the building that can accommodate your needs.

Parking
We offer a parking spot for our guests—indoor or outdoor, depending on your preference—just 150 meters from the building (a 2-minute walk).

For same-day evening reservations, please inquire about parking availability before booking.

Parking rate: 20 $ per 24 hours.

Please note: There is no elevator, so you will need to walk up a couple of flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

Our apartment is ideally located for travelers exploring Montreal:

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.

Other things to note

Our house rules:

- We have a strict no-smoking policy.

- No unregistered guests. If you are expecting visitors, please add them to your reservation.

- No loud noise or music between 11 PM and 7 AM. We maintain a family-friendly environment.

- Strictly no parties.

Breaking any of these rules may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund and a $500 fee per violation.
