Bright apartment (40 sqm) for up to 3 people with furnished balcony

This lovingly furnished apartment is located in the Lower Bavarian spa town of Bad Griesbach in the Rottal valley and, with 40 square meters of living space, can accommodate 1–3 people. The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, stovetop, refrigerator, and sink. The living/sleeping area features a dining table, TV, and a sleeper sofa for one person. The bedroom contains a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. You can spend your time on the furnished balcony or in the idyllic garden, which features a water feature, an ornamental pond, and a lawn with garden furniture. Please note that larger pets are allowed only upon request, and there is a fee of 5 EUR per pet per day. Wi-Fi, final cleaning, towels, bed linens, dish towels, and the parking space in front of the house are included in the price. Check-in is available between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Check-out is available between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: 2.60 EUR. One pet is allowed for a fee of 3.00 EUR per pet per night. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
