This corner townhouse, situated in a magnificent location near the playground on the edge of the vacation complex, can accommodate up to 5 people. The perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

Kitchen (vinyl flooring)
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.

Living/Dining Room (Laminate Flooring)
The living room is comfortably furnished. A flat-screen TV and radio are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your patio. You’re welcome to barbecue using your own grill. The adjacent dining area offers space for shared meals and cozy evenings.

Bedroom 1 (laminate flooring)
with a double bed and a closet. This room also provides access to the terrace.

This room features two single beds, a desk, and a closet

The bathroom, which receives natural light, has a shower, a sink, a mirror, and a toilet.

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain landscape of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. And don’t forget the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
