Your vacation rental is located on the 3rd floor of the "Berolina" building, easily accessible by elevator.

With 47 m² of space, there’s plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children; a dog is welcome to stay for an additional fee:
- Living room with direct access to the covered, furnished balcony overlooking greenery
- Living area with TV, sofa corner, and built-in double bed
- Separate bedroom with two sleeper chairs (195 cm x 80 cm)
- Kitchen with dining area for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchenette,
oven with built-in microwave, refrigerator with a separate large freezer compartment
- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet

Good to know: the property does not have Wi-Fi!

Swim in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), burn off some energy playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).
Bicycles can be stored in one of the two bicycle storage rooms in the underground garage or on the first floor.
On floors 1 through 4, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use.

IMPORTANT – Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11, inclusive!
