➞ Maximum occupancy: 2 guests in total, including children.
➞ Please switch off all electrical appliances when not in use.

• Check-in from 3:00 PM
• Check-out by 10:00 AM

★ Early Check-In
Early check-in is subject to availability, prior approval, and a fee of R150 per hour.

★ Late Check-Out
Late check-out is subject to prior approval and may incur the following charges:
• 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM: R150 per hour
• After 1:00 PM: R600 per hour

★ Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A penalty of R5,000 will apply should any evidence of indoor smoking be found. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony with the door fully closed.

★ Parties & Noise
Parties, events, gatherings, and loud music are not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to respect the apartment and neighbouring residents at all times.

★ Pets
Pets are not permitted.

★ Damages & Linen Care
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay. Broken items, damaged furnishings, or linen and towels stained beyond recovery will be charged at replacement value, ranging from R200 to R4,000 depending on the item.

Please note that where glasses, utensils, or matching household sets are damaged, the replacement of the full set may be required and charged accordingly.

★ Respect for the Space
Please treat the apartment with care and leave it in a neat and reasonable condition on departure.

pool was a bit chilly but the view was lovely. Apartment was clean and well looked after. The host was friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back.
