Vejer - Classy villa with private pool and beautiful garden This large and exclusive secluded home is for those seeking space and a quiet, relaxing experience of the Andalucian culture at any time of the year. From its jasmine scented hedge around an impressive entrance to the palm shaded corner of the swimming pool, Casa la Oliva ticks every box. It sits majestically at the top of a small development at the head of the natural park looking out over unrivalled views of the Rio Barbate valley against a backdrop of distant mountains. The Villa easily accommodates up to 6 people with its huge open plan living area combining the living room with natural wood and soft tones and open fireplace, dining area with a large oak dining table and beautifully designed well equipped kitchen with feature beams plus an additional utility room. There are 3 generous sized bedrooms, the master has an en-suite bathroom and king sized bed, the 2nd has a king-sized bed and the 3rd is a very comfortable twin. There are two further, quality bathrooms. There is a small private terrace to one of the bedrooms from which to enjoy that first early morning coffee. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
There is satellite TV (English, German, Swedish and Russian channels)and central heating which means that La Oliva can be rented in the cooler months too. La Oliva sits in two thirds of an acre of beautiful sloping gardens. The living room opens out onto a sweeping furnished terrace fringed with geranium, lantana, rosemary, hibiscus and lavender. To the side of the terrace is a large BBQ which is perfect to enhance that all important outdoor dining experience. Further terraces are reached through a grapevine arch and a floodlit path falls gently down a garden slope divided into a number of terraced lawns which feature wild olive, hibiscus, oleander and umbrella pines. The pool area which is fully equipped with sunbeds and a pool house with table and chairs. The upper gate is the main entrance to the house with space for three large cars and its own separate woodland style garden. La Oliva is simply peaceful perfection.

Behind the house up the hill towards Vejer is the natural forest parkland. The charming historical centre of Vejer is just in a stone´s throw. The golf and equestrian resort of Montenmedio is approximately 10 minutes by car and the beautiful beaches nearby are only a short 10-15 minute drive away.
