Vacation Apartment No. 70 at the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people. It was renovated in December 2024.

You’ll be staying on the first floor in a comfortable 2-room apartment with a south-facing terrace. You’ll find a living/dining area with a fireplace, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 400 m from the Sünnslag resort.

The living area leads out to the furnished terrace. The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a comfortable sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) and a dining table for four people. A flat-screen TV is available for entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and an Optigrill. The floors throughout the apartment are tiled.

A bathroom with a shower is also available for your use. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

This apartment does not include a parking space. Please park your vehicle in the public parking lot. We will reimburse you for the parking fees (for one car). Bicycles can be parked at the house. Two bicycles are included and are available for your use (subject to availability). The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
