With convenient access to public transportation including buses and the CTrain, exploring Calgary`s vibrant downtown scene is a breeze.
For those preferring to drive, we have a free underground dedicated parking space for guests and street parking is available throughout the area. Additionally, bike lanes and pathways make cycling a popular and eco-friendly way to navigate the neighborhood and beyond.
Whether you`re venturing out to explore the city`s attractions or simply taking a leisurely stroll through the bustling streets, there are plenty of transportation options in the Beltline area.
Guests will also have access to one dedicated underground parking stall and one above ground stall in the visitor parking lot.
Note for Light Sleepers: Due to our prime downtown location, occasional train activity may be heard at night. Most guests are not affected, but very light sleepers may prefer to bring earplugs — just in case. Locking Doors: Guests must always lock the balcony and main doors when leaving the property for security purposes.
Shoes Policy: Shoes must be removed at the door mat upon entering the suite to maintain cleanliness.
Weather Precautions: During rain or snow, windows and the balcony door must be kept closed to prevent water damage to the property and building.
Guests: No unregistered guests are permitted on the property.
Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
Smoking and Illicit Substances: Smoking and the use of any illicit substances are strictly prohibited in the building and unit. Violation will result in a minimum fine of $500.
Parties/Events: Parties or events are not allowed on the property. Violation will result in a $2000 fine and immediate eviction.
Keyfob Replacement: If the keyfob is lost or stolen, a $300 replacement fee will be charged.
Damaged Sheets Fee: A fee of $80 per set will be charged for any damaged sheets during the stay.
Alcohol Damage Fee: A $300 fee will apply if unreported alcohol stains, spills, or odors are found on furniture, flooring, or surfaces after guest checkout.
Deep Cleaning Fee: If the property is not left in the condition outlined in the cleaning checklist, a deep cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
Late Check-Out Fee (After 10 AM): A flat fee of $100 will be charged for any late check-out without prior arrangement.
Building Amenities: Guests are expected to use the building amenities such as the gym and game rooms respectfully and clean up after themselves.
