The sunlit living and dining area with adjoining kitchen forms the heart of the apartment, inviting you to cook, dine, and spend quality time together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine—everything you need for a comfortable stay.



All rooms have access to the large balcony, where you can soak up the afternoon sun, enjoy beautiful views of the greenery, and take in the stunning scenery.



The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, providing plenty of comfort for families or small groups.



The garden with a charming swimming pond is easily accessible from the house and available for your shared use. Relax, enjoy nature, or cool off by the water on warm days.
