From the spacious, sun-drenched terrace (33 sqm), you are treated to breathtaking panoramic views, spanning from the Taoro Park, across the majestic Mount Teide, to the glistening Atlantic Ocean. Our penthouse is fully equipped, whether you're planning a longer stay or just a brief visit.
From the top floor, the city unfolds before you. An elevator takes you straight into the vibrant activity of the Plaza del Charco. Relax in one of the many cafés and ice cream parlors, savoring the lively city atmosphere. Close by, there's the picturesque fishing harbor where fresh catches are occasionally sold straight from the boat. And if you fancy a swim: the black sandy beaches of Playa Jardín and Martíanez, the stunning saltwater lagoon Lago Martiánez, and a dive into the sea at the end of the harbor pier are all just moments away.
Everything you need is right on your doorstep: supermarkets, bakeries, newsstands, and a plethora of superb restaurants. A large, free parking space for your rental car is just a 5-minute walk away at the harbor. The TITSA bus station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, and there's a taxi rank right outside the building.

A landline telephone is available for free calls to the Spanish landline and mobilenetworks.
