Enter into the main level of the home and ditch all the gear from the day! You`ll walk right into the epic kitchen what screams `why would you ever want to go out!?` On this level you`ll have 1 full bathroom and the living room with a super comfy L sofa and chair and an amazing wood burning fireplace.
1 floor up you`ll have your bedrooms and another full bathroom. The bedrooms consist of a King, Queen and Full bed. In the 3rd bedroom with the full bed you`ll also have a set of bunk beds.
If you enter and go into the basement you have games for days and your washer and dryer!
Just 4 min from Stratton and 25 min to Manchester this home provides the best for those who want/love to ski/board, bike, hike and those who just want to spend their day shopping!
Year round, propane, BBQ grill under the carport for your use.
WILDLIFE: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including, but not limited to, deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
WEATHER: In the winter, there can be rain, snow, ice, and other inclement conditions. Please reach out with any questions.
POWER & INTERNET: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
TRANSPORTATION: SPRING: All or 4 wheel drive recommended for `mud season`. SUMMER/FALL: Any car/motorcycle should be fine but keep in mind we have constantly changing terrain; dirt roads, paved, gravel, a mix of all 3, etc. WINTER: All or 4 wheel drive STRONGLY recommended. Some areas receive better plowing than others and there are some hills that, just front wheel drive, cars won`t make it up. No matter the season, PLEASE, always drive with caution!
TOW TRUCKS: Are not quick to get to you, especially in the winter but there will be info in your welcome book should you need one.
POSSIBLE RIDES: While we don`t have taxis, Ubers, etc. there ARE some local drivers who might be able to help. If you`re hoping to book some rides you can try `Mountain Drivers`. Sam is the owner and their number is 802-772-5223. Last I heard, he has 10 drivers. Please let him know Kelton Collective sent you his way.
EV CHARGING: If bringing an EV, we DO allow charging from the house. The charge $10/day for charging. Note: There is no 220 outlet.
TRASH: No LOOSE trash in any outside trash cans. Animals will make a mess & trash collectors will NOT pick up your trash. Note: There`s a $100 fine for un-bagged trash in the bins.
If booking through Hostaway, VRBO, or Google: $500 CREDIT CARD HOLD - This will be applied 1 day before check-in and will serve as your security deposit. Funds will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout baring any damages.
