Everything that makes a stay more enjoyable has been thought of! Functional and comfortable furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, night lights, exterior lights, privacy window film, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, etc!

You'll enter to the living room, featuring a velvet blue Albany Park sofa, a smart TV, and a cute little breakfast corner. There is also shoe storage and a drop zone for keys, mail, etc.

The kitchen features full sized appliances w/ fridge, dishwasher, and range. The W/D is in the hallway between the kitchen and the bedroom/bathroom entrances, on the back side of the TV wall.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, two night stands with built in night lights (motion activated), and a desk/vanity. The mirror on the vanity has three different touch activated light settings. There is a full length mirror for getting ready as well.

The second bedroom is equipped with a twin day bed that has a pull out twin trundle. This bedroom has a closet and a desk area with storage that could be used for office items, but also for clothing. The mirror over the desk has three settings and allows this surface to be used as a vanity if desired.

The bathroom has recently been updated with new white subway tile and vanity! There is a vent fan and a plug near the sink. Shower/tub combo. Hooks for your towels, etc.

This is the middle unit of three in the building, and my husband and I live in the front unit with our two mini dachshunds. The neighborhood is a mix of existing/older homes and new construction (two were recently built next door), and the house is walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop. I would consider the neighborhood much more urban than suburban.

Our cleaning fee is for a standard clean. If, upon move out, there is months worth of dirt/grime buildup or upholstery/rugs need to be professional cleaned, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
