The 50 m² property, which is part of a residence, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning as well as a TV. The laundry room with a washing machine is shared with the other flats in the residence.

Your private outdoor area includes a garden. A shared outdoor area with a pool (open from the end of May to the end of September, weather permitting), is also available for your use.

The accommodation is located in a rural and quiet area, but in a strategic position: only 3km from the famous beaches of the Tuscan Maremma, the pine forest and the shops of Marina di Grosseto and 10 km from Grosseto, a town with all services. By bike you can reach the village and the beach in just 10 minutes, there is a cycle path almost the whole way.
